EUGENE, Ore. — Two days after an Alaska man accused of shooting and stabbing another at a bar became the focus during police negotiations with another shooting suspect for an ongoing standoff near Kakel, Lt. Kevin Wiedmer reports: "After an active police pursuit they did a joint search of the areas that they would be conducting and found [the suspect]." Her boyfriend's death was caused by police actions while resisting arrest in Hollywood last February, and her
